1. Using our services

By ordering a hosting plan from Shires Cloud, you agree to use the service for lawful purposes only. You're responsible for the content you host, the security of your account credentials, and keeping your contact details up to date.

2. Fair usage

Bandwidth on the Shared Hosting plan is unlimited subject to fair usage. Accounts that consistently consume a disproportionate share of shared server resources may be asked to upgrade or optimise usage.

3. Billing

Plans are billed monthly. Prices displayed in currencies other than INR are approximate conversions shown for convenience; your invoice will confirm the exact amount due before renewal.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your plan at any time by contacting our team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

5. Service availability

We target 99.9% uptime and monitor our infrastructure continuously. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance wherever possible.
